The Leadership Development Intern Program empowers young African American women in grades 10–12 through mentorship, leadership training, academic enrichment, and community engagement.
Leadership begins with opportunity—and grows through experience.
Through mentorship, leadership development, college readiness, and community engagement, interns build the confidence, relationships, and practical skills needed to succeed in school, in their careers, and in their communities.
